We’re in the mood for celebrations this week at The Courtyard Studio, after photographing the fabulously dressed 3rd year Veterinary students of Glasgow University at their masked ball. With 170 attendees, it was a fairly lively event – and was a joy to meet and photograph all the students looking (but maybe not behaving) they’re best!
We have also uploaded part 3 of our video series, presenting our best work from the best part of the wedding day – The Celebrations! Just after the ceremony where everyone can begin letting their hair down. There’s always a lot to get through at this point for the photographer, as we have to capture all the special shots of the bride and groom together as well as capturing the atmosphere as everyone else enjoys themselves. And of course, there are all the little details that are crucial for any big day – the table plan, place settings, favours, the cake – all those little details you agonised over for months!
